They seem like nice people so they probably arent shysters. The best I can say is they are incompetent.
Brought my Volvo in Monday morning because there was water in the gas. Told them that. A week later they told me that is not the problem as they bypassed the gas tank and it still would not run so they have been running tests. Three more days and I decide to tow it to another service center. Now he says he ran a test on his own time and there is water in the gas. Charged me $250 for a week and a half of meaningless work and couldnt figure out what I told them the issue was.
