May, 29 2019Lou Nugent5Rogovin always got back to me right away. The move at both ends went smoothly and nothing was damaged. When I wanted to change my date of move with only one day's notice, they were able to accommodate me at no extra charge. Their initial estimate was considerably less than others so I went with them even though I knew that it could change if their weight estimate was different. (I had heard stories of other movers giving low estimates and then saying "oops, it was heavier than we thought" and they charge much more.) Not only was it not more expensive, but it was $200 less than the estimate. I worked with Michelle Viveiros and Aaron Rogovin who were both very helpful whenever I contacted them. The actual movers were very nice, polite and did a great job at both ends. I would definitely recommend them again.
